In the past 24 hours, on October 25, there were 509 new confirmed cases of coronavirus infection in Lithuania. Additionally, 149 individuals have experienced a recurrence of the illness. No new COVID-19-related deaths were reported on Wednesday. Since the beginning of the pandemic, the total number of COVID-19-related deaths in the country stands at 9,734.
According to the State Data Agency, the primary new case count per 100,000 inhabitants in the past 14 days currently stands at 169.1, and the overall number of individuals who have been infected or are currently infected with COVID-19 in Lithuania has reached 1,337,434. These statistics reflect the ongoing situation of the pandemic in the country.
